I am obsessed with this drink at the moment. I have it first thing in the morning and it gives you that lift coffee does without the crash. It’s also super easy to make and so refreshing.
1 cup coconut water
1 cup rice milk
1 tablespoon vanilla protein of choice (I used Martin and Pleasance Vital Pea Protein)
1 teaspoon matcha powder (the real stuff, please don’t use the sugary kind)
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 teaspoon Vital Greens powder
- Whack it all in a blender and blend until combined.
- Pour it out and drink it up.
Enjoy it in all it’s au naturel glory.
